Da Vittorio, through the direct experiences of its chefs, aims to convey these very values, providing educational guidance and inspiring emotion, with that blend of professionalism and familiarity that has always distinguished the restaurant's atmosphere.
Along with the kitchen brigade, coordinated by the Cerea brothers, creative director Paolo Rota, and pastry chef Simone Finazzi, you can attend sessions that include basic notions, single-topic discussions, in-depth analyses of markets and production sites, tastings, and discussions.
