world. Even in the early days, Da Vittorio has always
stood out for the team’s skill in preparing food “live”.
Thanks to a specially conceived portable menu, dishes
can be cooked directly on site. This technical approach
allows us to prepare recipes to our usual standards,
despite being away from our own premises.
